Refund policy.

Digital goods are tricky to refund, so we keep the rule simple:

• 7-day refund if the PDF was never downloaded, or if delivery failed and we could not get the guide to you another way.
• Once the PDF has been downloaded, the purchase is final.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
