The fastest way to reach us is email:

• Typical reply time: within 2 business days.
• Purchase issues: include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.
• Guide delivery: after a purchase, your PDF guide is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within seconds. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it; if it's still missing after an hour, email us with your order email.
• Alert signups: every email has an unsubscribe link if you ever want out.
